Joining the club is easy, you purchase membership here, once complete, fill in the membership form, and boom, you're in the WhatsApp group and invited to meet-ups, talks and many other events.
So many people are amateur astronomers, and you don't need any equipment to do it! So why not join the club and enjoy the hobby with other like-minded people that can help advance your knowledge and make it that much more enjoyable.
Membership runs from 1st January to 31st December each calendar year, or part there-of depending on when someone joins, all memberships must be renewed by 01st February each calendar year.

Perhaps the most beneficial of all is the extremely helpful community of amateur Astronomers that are always on hand to answer questions and help fellow members.
Aside from the wonderful community of likeminded amateur Astronomers, joining the club gives you access to;
All for just €25 Euro per person for the year, or part there of. So joining early in the year is the best way to get the most out of your membership fees, as fees need to be renewed by 28th February every year.
Insurance is the primary bulk of your membership fee, which covers you until our insurance needs to be renewed.

What is Trello?
Simply put, Trello is a "sticky note" canvas where information can be shared as "cards" on a board that all members can observe, comment on and keep track of much easier than information shared in a 'chat group' like WhatsApp.
Think of it as an information repository, a wall with lists, and on those lists are a bunch of 'sticky notes' that never fall off. Here, we list our events with dates, locations and times and we keep track of projects and stuff like "Observation Sites" which is a list of locations in the Boyne Valley region that are good for observing the night sky.
This is a members only repository and forms part of the perks of membership.
